     Welcome to the News Page!

    November 2020

    Dear Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for all your help as we have completed our first marking period. Most students are doing a good job following their schedule. Please understand if students choose to not complete assignments on days they are remote, they are marked absent. If students are having computer or Internet issues, please Class Dojo me to let me know.
Report Card Conferences will be remote this year. I look forward to speaking to parents to discuss their child's progress. Please remind your children to follow the slides for Remote days. Slides can be found under their Google Classroom Assignments.

Our class is divided into two groups. One group is our Hybrid group where they come into school for two days, Tuesdays and Thursdays and are remote for the other three days. Students must wear masks. The second group is our Remote Learning Group. They will be meeting remotely with me on Wednesdays and Fridays and learning the same subjects as the first group. On Mondays, both groups will meet remotely as a whole class with me. It is very important that students understand on days they are completing Independent Work, this work must be completed and turned in on time in order for the day to count toward attendance.

When students are on line and live with teacher, please try to have them sit at a table to do work and not be moving through the house or go outside. Please also check Class Dojo for messages from me.  I have been trying to let parents know if students are missing assignments so they have a chance to complete them so they won't be marked absent.

Thank you Parents for all of your help! Thank you for returning your child's work and picking up materials in the brown folders every other week.  Thank you for helping your child when computer issues happen.  Many many thanks.
